Lucy Wright
HR & Training Lead
Lucy leads our HR and Training services, bringing 20 years of experience supporting both large organisations and growing SMEs across commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
A Chartered CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional, Lucy has extensive experience across strategic HR, organisational change, employee relations, recruitment and people management. She works closely with business leaders to navigate complex people challenges, lead through change, strengthen leadership capability through coaching and training programmes, and build engaged, high-performing teams.
Lucy is also a certified practitioner in Clarity4D and Korn Ferry psychometrics, alongside holding ILM certifications in Management and Coaching.
Louise Keightley
Recruitment & Development Lead
Louise leads our Recruitment and Development services, partnering with organisations across the UK and Europe to secure exceptional talent and support high-performing teams.
Starting her career with Google in 2006, Louise has worked with leading organisations across FMCG, Technology and Healthcare, developing extensive expertise in recruitment, talent assessment and people development. She works closely with businesses to understand their people needs, stay connected to the market and deliver tailored recruitment and development strategies that attract, secure and retain great people.
Louise is CIPD qualified and a certified practitioner in MBTI, SHL Talent Science, Peoplewise and Clarity4D psychometric tools.
